Hermosa by Herc - Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Final sale or clearance products.
Return Process
- Contact customer support at support@hermosabyherc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
