Hermosa by Herc - Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Final sale or clearance products.

Return Process

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
